Pilates Limited Equipment
Unlike our Pilates All Equipment class, this session utilizes a more limited selection of equipment, making it a simpler and more accessible option for those new to Pilates or looking to refine their technique. The slower pace and fewer props allow for a deeper understanding of basic Pilates principles like alignment, core engagement, and controlled movement. Class capacity: 2
Pilates Circuit
Expect to flow through a series of movements that will sculpt, tone, and lengthen muscles, while promoting proper body mechanics. This Pilates Circuit class will take your Pilates practice to the next level as it combines the best of both worlds: the reformer and mat Pilates. In this circuit-style workout, you’ll move between reformer stations and mat exercises, targeting strength, flexibility, and core stability. Class capacity: 4
Pilates Jumpboard
The class alternates between dynamic jumping sequences and controlled Pilates movements, allowing you to work both your strength and stamina. Expect a full-body workout that targets the legs, glutes, core, and arms, while also improving coordination, agility, and balance. The Jumpboard adds a fun, challenging twist to traditional Pilates by offering a way to increase intensity without the impact of running or jumping on hard surfaces. Class capacity: 5
GYROTONIC® Classes
GYROTONIC® Private Lesson
Experience personalized, one-on-one training with a certified instructor in this focused GYROTONIC® private lesson. This specialized training method uses unique equipment to guide your body through smooth, fluid movements that help increase range of motion, improve coordination, and build strength. GYROTONIC® Trio
Using the specialized GYROTONIC® equipment, the instructor will guide the group through a series of fluid, dynamic movements that enhance flexibility, coordination, and strength. With a maximum of three participants, the class allows for individual modifications and personalized corrections, while still offering the camaraderie and motivation of a group setting. Perfect for those who want to incorporate something new into their routine and use their Pilates package.
