Pilates Group Classes

Our Pilates classes consist of a mindful movement experience designed to meet you where you are. In small classes of up to 5, you’ll move through intelligent, full-body exercises using the Reformer, Tower, Chair, and other Pilates equipment. Each session emphasizes alignment, breath, and control—supporting strength, mobility, and nervous system balance. With personalized guidance from expert instructors, these classes are accessible, adaptive, and tailored to support your unique goals.

Barre

Drawing from the elegance of ballet, the core-strengthening principles of Pilates, and the flexibility and mindfulness of yoga, each set of exercises is designed to challenge your muscles and get your heart rate up. Expect to move to energizing music as you engage in dynamic sequences that will push you to your limits, while also offering moments of lengthening stretches to release tension.

GYROTONIC® or GYROKINESIS®

Using the specialized GYROTONIC® equipment, the instructor will guide the group through a series of fluid, dynamic movements that enhance flexibility, coordination, and strength. GYROTONIC® is a full-body movement system that combines elements of yoga, dance, and tai chi to increase strength, flexibility, and spinal mobility. This practice supports joint health, core connection, and graceful, pain-free movement. Ideal for all levels.

Dynamic Yoga

Tailored to the unique needs of the individuals in the room, this invigorating Vinyasa-style class is perfect for anyone looking to deepen their practice, whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced yogi. The focus is on breath, alignment, and fluid transitions, helping you stay present while moving through dynamic poses that build strength, flexibility, and balance.

Experience personalized, one-on-one training with a certified instructor. Whether you're new to Pilates or deepening an existing practice, each session is tailored to your goals—focusing on core stability, mobility, postural balance, and functional movement.
